A Tajik female nurse has been killed in an armed attack in Kunduz Afghanistan

Sources say unidentified gunmen opened fire in the center of Imam Sahib district on Saturday (March 13), killing the woman who was working as a midwife and healthcare provider for women in the area.
The victim has been identified as Adalat Hamidi, a Tajik national who had been providing medical and maternal care to women, particularly in rural and underserved communities.
Local residents say Hamidi had worked for several years offering healthcare services and supporting women during childbirth, earning respect and appreciation among the community.
According to reports, her body has been transferred to Tajikistan for burial.
