About HNW

After the return of the Taliban, life has become deeply challenging for many Afghan women and girls. Being deprived of education, restricted from work, and facing intense social pressures have left many of them without access to even the most basic rights including awareness of their own physical and mental health. These conditions have pushed them further into isolation and vulnerability.

HNW is working to change this reality by providing accessible online and in-person education and raising awareness about women’s health. Our mission is simple yet vital: to break taboos, bridge educational gaps, and empower Afghan women both inside the country and within migrant communities to build a better future for themselves.
