Women's health

The Women’s Health Workshop, in collaboration with Café Be-MORE, a project of Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH), was held in Bern, Switzerland, with the participation of migrant women.

Together, we talked about taboos, common myths, and the menstrual cycle, and explored why it is so important for women to understand their bodies and connect with their inner selves beyond the noise of the outside world.

Knowledge is power, and every conversation helps break the silence around women’s healt.
