Über Cédric

 Co-Founder & Director of Digital Security and Technology

 

Cédric comes from an industrial background, where he spent years maintaining technical systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and finding solutions under pressure. This practical problem-solving mindset continues to guide his work today.

 

Alongside his professional experience, he developed a strong interest in Linux, networks, and cybersecurity. He is currently pursuing a Higher Professional Education (HF) degree in Cybersecurity and Network Technology at gibb Berufsfachschule Bern, strengthening his expertise in digital systems and security.

 

He first met Wajma while she was living in a refugee camp and waiting for her residence permit. Through their conversations, he learned about the challenges faced by Afghan women and girls and became inspired by Wajma’s commitment to education, empowerment, and social change. During that time,he supported her integration by helping her learn German and providing her with German learning books, which became an important step in her journey.

 

As a Co-Founder of HNW,he leads the organization’s digital security, cybersecurity, and website management. He supports the development and protection of the organization’s digital infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable platforms to advance the mission of empowering Afghan women and girls.
